A placement is the location on the garment that you would like a print to be printed. We offer a couple of placement options! Full front = a design printed on the front of the garment in a max size up to 12 inches wide by 15 inches tall. Full back = a design printed on the back of the garment in a max size up to 12 inches wide by 15 inches tall. Left Chest = A design printed on the front upper left of the garment in a MAX size of 4 inches wide by 4 inches tall. Sleeve = A design that can be printed on either the left sleeve, right sleeve or both sleeves. The MAX print size can be up to 3 inches wide by 15 inches long. ***On the sleeve prints we print them centered from cuff to shoulder seam, if you want this printed on the upper sleeve or lower sleeve instead MAKE SURE to add this in your file upload notes*** NOTE** You must send your file in the size you want printed.

You can choose any color ink you would like. Include the Pantone color numbers with your design. If you do not know the Pantone color number, simply google Pantone color guide and choose the number of the color you are wanting. We encourage you to describe the color as well as the number. Example: 032 - red (for the words in my design) 226 - pink (for the flower petals in my design) 109 - yellow (for the center of the flower in my design)

Absolutely! We would love to help make your ideas a reality! Just fill out the inquiry form with all the information and a well descripted idea. Remember to include the proper spelling of any words you want included, how many ink colors you are looking for, the colors you are choosing for the design and words, the style, the design you would like incorporated and the placement you want it created for. The better the description you can give us the quicker we can get a design back to you for approval and your garments on the way to you! If the design is complex and will take more than 30 minutes, we will reach out with paid options for you. We find many times in garment design, less is more!

Yes, we have a required minimum of $100 on custom print orders. We do not charge crazy set up fees that can be a shock to you at checkout. Instead, we have a minimum purchase requirement of $100.00 per design/print order on custom print items. The cart will not allow you to checkout if this requirement is not met. You are allowed to mix and match garments so go ahead and order a few T-Shirts, add some long-sleeved Tee's, crewnecks, hoodies and tanks with your design or logo to meet the minimum requirement. This minimum allows us print for "smaller" bowling teams, book clubs, girls weekend shirt ideas, or any other "small" event you would like shirts for!

Your cost is totally up to you and your choices! You can simply pick your preferred garments, placements, number of ink colors and add on services like folding/bagging and size stickering, add them to your cart and see your cost. ***Reminder*** We have a minimum purchase requirement of $100.00 per design/print order on custom print items. Our turnaround time is set at 10-14 business days. We always strive to beat that timeframe, and many orders are picked up or shipped within a week. For the quickest turnaround, it is very important that you check your email regularly for any art issues or art approval from us that is waiting on your approval. NOTE: the 10-14 business day turnaround does not start until art has been approved by us, you, and checkout is complete! We DO NOT offer a rush service but feel free to reach out and we will see what we can do to help!

You can have your order shipped or you can pick it up in Pierz, MN at an agreed-on time and place. We ship with UPS ground services - you will receive tracking details in your provided email once your order is shipped.
