For the quickest turnaround, it is very important that you check your email regularly for any art issues or art approval from us that is waiting on your approval.

NOTE: the 10-14 business day turnaround does not start until art has been approved by us, and by you!

 

Please remove the background in your design, that is a huge help. When applicable, we prefer - vector files, text converted to outlines, and at least 300 dpi at the size you want printed...AI - PDF Compatible, (Adobe Illustrator) .EPS,.PDF, .PNG - Keep file under 15MB

NOTE** You must send your file in the size you want printed. We can print a full front or full back design up to 12 inches wide by 15 inches tall. Left chest prints are typically at max 4 inches wide by 4 inches tall. Sleeve prints MAX 3 inches wide by 15 inches long.

You can send another type of file, and we can see what we can do - the better the file, the better print we can make for you!​​

 

Include the Pantone color numbers with your design.

If you do not know the Pantone color number, simply google Pantone color guide and choose the number of the color you are wanting. We encourage you to describe the color as well as the number.

 

Example:

032 - red (for the words in my design)

226 - pink (for the flower petals in my design)

109 - yellow (for the center of the flower in my design)
